The AMT announces today the opening of a new discussion forum.

The forum enables anyone - teacher, parent, student, volunteer or any interested party - to:

• Make suggestions relating AMT events, even suggesting new events.
• Exchange opinions on how you events are organised at your school.
• Ask questions of and seek clarifications from AMT staff.
• Make comments about broader issues of mathematics education in Australia or other countries.
• In fact make any appropriate comment.

It can also be a vehicle for helping alumni make professional contacts.

The forum is accessible via a link on the left hand side of any AMT web page, or via www.amt.edu.au/forum/.
