  • Chairman: Mr Greg Taylor AO, Canberra. Former Executive Director IMF Washington, and Secretary of various Australian Government Departments.
  • Executive Director: Professor Peter Taylor FACE, CMath, FIMA, FTICA.
  • Mr Bill Akhurst, Former Deputy Principal, New South Wales Department of Education. He is a former Secretary of the Australian Association of Mathematics Teachers. He is a member of the Trust's B.H. Neumann Awards Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee.
  • Mr Warren Atkins FTICA, Chairman of the Australian Mathematics Foundation, represents that department on the Board and is Chairman of the Australian Mathematics Competition Problems Committee. He is also a member of the Audit Committee. He is a former Senior Lecturer in Education at the University of Canberra.
  • Professor Peter Hall, Universty of Melbourne, representing Australian Academy of Science. Alternate: Professor Hyam Rubinstein, University of Melbourne.
  • Mr Will Morony, Formerly Department of Education, SA and President Australian Association of Mathematics Teachers (AAMT). Now Executive Officer of AAMT and represents AAMT on Board.
  • Professor Stephen Parker, Vice Chancellor, University of Canberra.
  • Mr Tom Pettigrew FIEA, Former Executive of the Ford Motor Co. Based in Melbourne.
  • Professor Cheryl Praeger AM, FAA, FTICA, FAusMS, Department of Mathematics and Statistics, University of Western Australia. Former President of the Australian Mathematical Society and represents that Society. She is Chair of AMOC and also represents that Department on the Board. She is also a member of the BH Neumann Award Committee.
  • Professor Leon Sterling, Department of Computer Science and Software Enginering, University of Melbourne He is Chairman of the Australian Informatics Olympiad Committee, a department of the Trust.
  • Professor Sue Thomas, Pro Vice-Chancellor, Research, University of Canberra.
  • Mr Alan Tippett, Public Relations Consultant, Aim and Associates Pty Ltd, based in Sydney. Former Executive of Westpac Banking Corporation.
